Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Q: Can I return opened items?

A: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: Does 901-Unlimited offer gift receipts?

A: No, not at this time.

Q: Does 901-Unlimited ship internationally?
A: 901-Unlimited does not ship internationally.

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?

A: Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a 15 minute window for order cancellation. Please call Customer Service at 901-628-6226 immediately if you have placed an order in error.

Q: How do I track my 901-Unlimited Order?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation message via email and/or SMS once your order has left our warehouse that includes a tracking link for your order.

Q: How is tax calculated on my order?

901-Unlimited calculates sales tax according to Federal and State guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.
